Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, you will receive a refund of the full amount if I have not already started the artwork.

Due to the customized nature of all of the products that I create at canine designs co, I don't offer returns and refund . Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.

If you receive your finished piece and you are unsatisfied, I will try fix it to the best of my abilities. If nothing can be done, but the artwork is up to my standards I will not offer a refund.
